Welcome Brothers and Friends to the Zeta Sigma Chapter of Sigma Nu Fraternity website. We hope you'll find the website useful and we would like to encourage your participation in the online experience here. Please take a moment to read some of the news items that have been posted and maybe post an item of your own to let us know how you're doing. There's a lot going on in the Chapter right now, so please come back often to keep up to date.

Changes to the website
We have recently made some major changes to the website. The left hand navigation has some new items, and others have gone away. Please explore the website and provide feedback. We want to make the website a place that you'll visit frequently and use to keep in touch with other Brothers.

Life Safety Initiative
You have all hopefully heard about the College's Life Safety Initiative. We are in the process of collecting bids to have the work done on the Chapter House. This undertaking will be very expensive, and the House Corporation Directors are committed to completing the work on our own, without selling the House to the College. We will obviously need your help! Please consider using the Donations link if you are able to help.

Again, thank you for visiting the site.

Fraternally,

Chuck Steel

Matching Funds for Emily Silverstein Fund

I'm sure that most of you have now heard about the tragic death of Gettysburg student Emily Silverstein. Her family has established a fund to "continue Emily's legacy of hope and action for a more peaceful, just and sustainable world." More information about the fund can be found at the website http://www.betterworld.net/.

The Zeta Sigma of Sigma Nu House Corporation has decided to make a contribution to the Emily Silverstein fund and we're asking all Alumni that are capable to help. We will match the first $500 donated through us with a target of a total donation of $1000. If you can contribute, please either use the donation button below, or send a check to the address listed on our donations page.

Thank you

Successful Spring Alumni Weekend

I'd like to thank everyone for the successful Zeta Sigma Spring Alumni Weekend. We had a good showing for our first weekend and I think that all those that came enjoyed themselves. My only regret is that I didn't take out my camera and get some pictures to share with everyone!

I'd especially like to thank the Chapter for being excellent hosts. The House looked great and all of the Collegiate Members went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. Based on the feedback we received, I believe that we'll definitely schedule another weekend next year.

Sigma Nu Spring Weekend Planned

We are proud to announce the date for our upcoming "Sigma Nu Weekend". Please plan on joining us in Gettysburg for the weekend of March 27th through the 29th. We are still in the planning stages, but are hoping to have events scheduled for every day of the weekend. Some of our ideas include a "Mom" style brunch (scrapple included) and bringing back the Alumni-Active football game.

If you think you can make it, please let us know. The more Alumni we have show up, the better the weekend will be.
